My degree piece is a search for form in the urban landscape that surrounds me. It is also an attempt to blur realism of photography through isolation of individual elements of the landscape from the real context and combining them in one composition.
Ewa is modest, very reliable, responsible and focused in her activities with a camera. Her pieces are pictures (icons) painted with a lens, without “flukes”. Ewa has approached subjects she works on with careful observation and composure, which leads to results of remarkable quality.
I followed her talent and waited for a final result of an assigned “studio task”, I was very happy to wait for a successful and interesting solution. I am glad that there are students who do not push and shove, and silently but visually prove with their achievements and awards that thinking still has tremendous future.
So may Ewa’s future be artistically successful.
